Our holiday rental house "spiti mou" is centrally located in Kokkari, very close tdo the cozy terraces and the picturesque harbor. It is a fully renovated traditional Greek tiny house with a cozy outdoor terrace at the front door. The lower floor has a ceiling fan and airco in the bedroom and on the upper floor there is also airconditioning and a ceiling fan (and of course WIFI). 

On the ground floor is the hall with a safe deposit box, a separate toilet room with washing machine, the bedroom with a double bed and the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside is a small sitting corner with 2 chairs and a table. 

Upstairs is the fully fitted kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic hob and a fridge freezer. There is also the lounge area with  sleeping couch for 2 persons and the cozy roof terrace.
